The finest ingredients, prepared with passion and served with flair, combine to create an authentic Italian recipe for superb food at La Ricetta.

The restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes freshly prepared on the premises by renowned chef, Derek Roberts.

Before embarking on the restaurant Derek, and his wife Jane, travelled to Italy to research the menus, recipes and ingredients to ensure their authenticity.

The menu includes fish, Welsh beef and lamb and free range chicken dishes plus, traditional pizzas and vegetarian options.

Puddings are also a speciality, all homemade by Derek in the newly refurbished kitchen.

The restaurant is intimate and diners are urged to book their seats early to be sure of a reservation, opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday 6pm - 11pm.

The restaurant will open on any other day for parties of 10 or more with advance notice.
