About La Ricetta

A talented chef, Derek was first inspired by Italian food while working at Pasta Vinos restaurant within the Grosvenor Hotel in London.

More recently, he held the position of head chef at the Royal Victoria Hotel, Llanberis. There he developed his catering skills and forged links with local suppliers.

When opened in 2008, the restaurant was totally refurbished to a high standard and a comprehensive menu prepared - all dishes are cooked to order on the premises.
